Turbine's EBO shell pant is a fully lined, waterproof and breathable shell pant that is engineered to shield you from the elements. It features 10,000 mm WPB lamination poly-plain weave fabric with DWR treatment for protection against light precipitation. The Durable Water Repellent treatment helps repel water on the surface of the fabric while allowing moisture vapor to escape through microscopic pores in its structure.
